    Hi Jill,
I would be really interested in a weekly meal schedule. Something that shows how much protein, carbs etc that you should be eating with examples for each meal.

    Thanks!

  3. I was thinking the same thing as Tina – some nutrition suggestions or meal schedule would be interesting to see. Maybe with explanations on why to eat certain things and how much, etc. Maybe what to avoid too, and why.

  4. I would love to know how to train between races: like having 4-6 weeks between half marathons. Do you take a week off after the first half? How long should the long runs be before you start to taper?

    Thank you!!

I agree with Tina that would be very benifical especially for me :) .

I know from bootcamp I am getting a lot stronger but I would like it if we could do monthly or every six weeks measurements/body fat/weigh-in so I can confirm that I am on the right track.

    Thanks Jill!

Along the same lines as Tina. However, more suggestions on what to eat after a workout, particularly a late in the day workout. If I go to a class at 630 or 7 and get back home, I don’t really want to eat that late before bed. Yet I know I should eat something. Should it consist of mostly protein? How many calories that late?

I agree with Tina and Robert and would love to see more information on what to eat when and why. Also, I need some tips on stretching since I don’t do it very often and I’m not very stetchy…..How can I remember to do it after every run?

Hey Jill——–The concept of Take it off, Keep it off would help me the most. I have achieved my ideal weight, now the challenge is to maintain that weight and not slipping back to an old comfort zone. Ongoing meal planning suggestions and maintenance exercises. I liked the 6 minute blog you posted last week.

    Thanks,

    Jim

  10. The proper eating habits and food choices is part of my overall goal to lose about 10lbs of flab. I know you’ve covered some eating and some fat-burning ideas already. More like those?!??
