WOW….did you watch the USA womens world cup game this morning!  Absolutely AMAZING!  Those ladies kept their head in the game and came from behind (with a player short) to win in penalty kicks.  I could tell how bad they wanted that win and they fought hard and believed!  Totally Awesome!

I had a great weekend reunited with my high school soccer teammates.  Just a little over a year ago we decided we would all “reunite” and play in a soccer tournament together.  It was so much fun to see everyone again and get back on the field together.  I truly had an amazing group of teammates and its so wonderful that 17 years later (gulp) we are reunited and playing again.

We had a great tournament and made to the finals before losing 3-1.  We put up a good, hard fight.  the other team was just really better and more fit than us.  Either way, it was the best weekend with my bestest friends.

I hope you had a great weekend and I hope you have special friendships.  Friends really are the best thing in the world!
