Who is ready for a challenge?
What you need for the challenge:
1) A Notebook
2) Good Attitude
3) Goals: to write down in your notebook
a. Include how many days a week you are going to workout
b. Include what you want to get out of this challenge
c. Include a non-exercise/diet goal
4) A Water Bottle
The Challenge will be 24 days September 4th – 28th. My clients will have a fitness assessment in classes the day of and the day after the challenge. I will post my fitness test so if you are not in my program, you can test yourself and follow along on the challenge.
I will post tons of support, motivation, and tips on my facebook page. You can also use my facebook fan page to ask me questions. Facebook Page is “Fitness Revolution with Jill”
The September Fat Blast Challenge FOOD RULES:
-Minimize or avoid dairy such as cheese, yogurt, and milk (replace with rice, almond, or coconut milk)
-Minimize coffee (replace with tea)
- NO Alcohol (If you must save it for your cheat days)
-No white flour, fried foods, soda or processed sugars
-All fruits and veggies are allowed
-Drink a minimum of 80oz of water per day
-You get TWO cheat days
This are just some preliminary details. I will be posting a link to download the September Challenge Calendar where I will have daily challenges in addition to the food rules above. My clients in West Seattle can expect bootcamp workouts to be a challenge
