Some people like to take it further and make it an entire DAY of cheating, but I recommend limiting this to one cheat meal meaning eat whatever you want and as much of it as you want.  Often times, you end up feeling sick and didn&#039;t enjoy it or you decide you enjoyed it so much you want it again in one week, so you eat clean between cheat meal days:)</description>
