Hope you are enjoying your Sunday.  I love Sundays as they are the one day in the week I try not to have anything scheduled on my calendar.  This morning was a nice 7 mile run.  Weather was perfect.   I don’t usually run with music, but I was asked to try out some headphones X-1 so I’ve been wearing headphones for my last 4 runs.
