No excuses workout you can do at home & harmful effects of soda
Hi! Hope your week is going great:) Two graphics for you today. The first is the No Excuses workout. You can always find time for a workout (even if just 15 minutes). The one I’ve posted here is intense and takes just a few rounds to feel it.
The second graphic is an illustration on the harmful effects of soda. If you are still drinking soda, I strongly encourage you ditch it!
