		<title>Knee Pain &amp; Running</title>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">There are many causes of knee pain and it can be prevented mostly by strengthening the leg and hip muscles.  Actually, one of the biggest causes of knee pain is due to a muscle imbalance.  It is very, very common for most runners to have very strong hamstrings and weak quads. <span id="more-949"></span></span></p>

		<title>70.3 Nerves</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m getting ready for my first ever 70.3.  And, I&#8217;m nervous!  Excited, anxious, and looking foward to Sunday evening when its all said and done!</p>
<p>However, I love this feeling because this is what helps us grow.  Think about it&#8230;..when was the last time you did something for the first time?  I believe this is why I&#8217;m nervous.  It has been a long time since I&#8217;ve done a &#8220;first&#8221; race.</p>
